TRTP Therapy:
TRTP Therapy stands for The Richards Trauma Process. This process can be highly effective at helping people return to calm and peace in just three to four sessions. It is an incredibly effective process that involves changing beliefs about yourself and removing the effects of past trauma, stress, anxiety, abuse and other distressing events. The therapist leads the client carefully and safely through the sessions in such a way that there is no need to revisit or talk about the distressing event meaning that there is no risk
of people being traumatised again. Once completed, the effects of the process are generally ongoing, with most people not needing more therapy. These sessions are also extremely effective online.
