So how do we deal with these unconscious core beliefs? It is very difficult to deal with these beliefs as they live in our unconscious. When we experience anxiety, depression, anger or doubt, we often don't know where these feelings come from. As a result, we can find them hard to talk about and resolve. Just talking about them often does not help.
For example, we might feel anxious at some point and think that the anxiety is the actual problem. But in reality, the anxiety is a symptom. The truth is that the anxiety started somewhere and is usually linked to some earlier event or experience.
